How to place an order

Simply select the product (or products) you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Buy Now" button on the product description page, and that product will be added to your personal shopping basket. When you are satisfied you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, added to your shopping basket, you can click the "Check Out" button.

Your shopping basket will calculate the total price of your shopping. Click on the "Check Out" button on the total shopping basket page and you will be asked for your user name and password (new users can click on the "New User" button and set up their details there) to enter.

If you are happy with all the shipping address information listed on your account you should proceed to the payment section on our secure server.

If you wish to update or correct any of the account information you should do so before you proceed to the payment section.

In the "Payment Section" you will be asked for your credit card details. The transaction will then be carried out in real time.

On success of the transaction your order has been placed.

Credit Card Security

O'Connors Workwear uses Secure Socket Layer encryption on our secure payment server.This technology protects your private information from interception preventing it from being accessed or read by any third party. When you are ordering from oconnorsworkwear.com, you can see that it is secure by the small padlock which appears on the bottom of the browser window when you go to enter your credit card details.

Your credit card details are not stored on ANY web server or data base. The credit card details are sent at purchase time through our 'Web Payment Gateway' in real time directly to the Bank. No third party can intercept the Credit Card details while it is being verified and performing the transaction

No employee of oconnorsworkwear.com ever sees or has access to credit card details in the normal course of order processing.

O'CONNORS WORKWEAR does not sell, trade, or give any of your personal details to any third party.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. All your Credit card information is encrypted and sent to our secure server at payment time. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

What happens after I place an order:

You will receive an email confirming your order. Please make sure that you check that the details of this email are correct, if for some reason they are not please contact us immediately.

Remember we only bill your goods when they are available for dispatch.

To place an order with oconnorsworkwear.com you will need a valid credit card. At this time we do not accept payment in any other form.

How long does a delivery take:

We take every step to despatch goods to you ASAP. The average is less than 24 hours. We use a courrier which (if stock is available) despatch your order on the order day for next day delivery. In some cases this may take longer, but O,Connors Workwear guarantee delivery within 2 days if the product is in stock.

Remember we only bill your goods when they are available for dispatch.

Pricing and delivery costs:

We charge a flat fee of € 10.00 in addition to the TOTAL cost of you order for delivery.This fee will be added on to your Shopping Basket when you go to check out.

Returns & refunds

O'Connors Workwear is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. However, If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased from oconnorsworkwear.com we offer the following return facilities:

Any items purchased from oconnorsworkwear.com that are faulty (subject to testing) or as a result of our error, will be issued with a full refund. Refunds of this nature must be made within 15 days of dispatch date.

Any items purchased from oconnorsworkwear.com that are unwanted items can be returned to us within 15 days of dispatch date. These items must be received by us unopened in their original condition and packaging. If received sealed, the item must be returned with the seal intact. These refunds will cover the cost of the product price.

oconnorsworkwear.com recommends that all returns be made by recorded delivery. oconnorsworkwear.com does not accept responsibility for damage or loss by the carrier whilst in return transit.

You are advised to wrap the product adequately.

When returning any item, clearly indicate to us the reason for return, with original delivery note.

Upon receipt of items returned we shall then issue you with the appropriate refund.
